Several of us have at one time or another, and so far, everyone has had quite a bit of success. The only real difficulty is maintaining and not getting lazy with it. That is hard if you eat out much.
It really is not hard to maintain.If you eat out, just get a burger without the bun, salad bar. Your tastes will change, naturally, as your body gets healthier. You will feel better, both physically and emotionally. My DW does not crave sugar anymore, which in itself is a miracle, considering that she was a sugar junkie.
Get started, you will not regret it.
Agreed. I did really well a few years ago, but then did the old “well, I am rocking this, so one pizza won’t hurt me” and it did not. Then a hamburger with bun here, some chips there, and boom, off the wagon.
