  1. TL;DR
    1) eat fatty meats
    2) cook with good natural and fats, not artificially processed ones like canola oil
    3) Vitamin D / D3 supplement (5000 IU daily of the latter)
    4) Eliminate chronic bad stress
    5) Drink no more than one alcoholic beverage a day
    6) Stay away from smoke
    7) Get some real sunshine every day
    8) Get better quality sleep (totally dark, maybe white noise, cool, etc)
    9) Go for a walk, 20min daily
    10) Make and consume bone broth
