On Thursday, March 16, 2017, we were able to enjoy a wonderful sight. OMB Director Mick Mulvaney gave a masterful press conference, wherein he laid out the Trump proposed budget. Watch with awe and glee, as he tells reporters what is happening, and avoids potential minefields, all while being forthright and direct. We need more press conferences like this.
